Junior Decorations!
Today, Albany High School was transformed from a sunny yellow to a magical sea of orange. Along with common decorations such as paper streamers and balloons, the juniors decided to incase the school in traffic signs and orange paint. They didn’t stop at the entrance however. Inside the school, the hallways were smothered in various papers showing the orange “Nickelodeon splatter” and “the X factor”. One surprising addition was the orange man made of newspaper, which hung menacingly between the art building and the lunch shelter. The juniors went above and beyond, and even decorated the gym, which may have helped their Powderpuff team to their victory today. Although junior Cristy Peterson was quoted saying, “Our decorations didn’t quite live up to last years” the juniors still managed to proudly show their school spirit.
