Block A Schedule
General
1. “YOU better cut Loose” NOW or miss it! Tickets are now on sale for
our last weekend of the musical, “Footloose”. Contact Mr. Bryant in Rm.
20 or ANY cast and member at lunch to reserve your tickets for the show.
Performances are Thursday, February 7 at 7:00p and runs through Saturday
February 9. Friday night and Saturday evening performances are expected
to sell out so reserve your tickets TODAY!
2. BUILDING WITH BOOKS BAKE SALE FRIDAY AFTER SCHOOL.
3. SENIOR CHALLENGE DAY is coming, March 19. Sign-ups are in the
counseling office starting TUES Feb. 12! Please only sign YOURSELF up.
The last day for sign ups will be Feb 14. Depending on the number of
sign-ups, we may not be able to take everyone. Please direct questions
to your counselor, or to Shelly Ball in Rm. 111.
4. Vivace will be selling Valentine’s Day Singing-Grams @ lunch time for
$1 starting Friday in front of the atrium. They will be performed in
class 3rd or 5th period on Feb. 14, 2008.
College/Career
1. Juniors: we will be offering a free SAT prep class taught by UC
Berkeley students, to be held Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 5:30
starting next week on the AHS campus. If you are interested in signing
up please see Ms Burns in the Counseling Office.
Clubs/Team Announcements
1. BE THE CHANGE - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 104 - Surprise treats!
2. SUPER HERO CLUB - TODAY - LUNCH
3. RED CROSS CLUB - FRIDAY - LUNCH - RM. 302 - Must come if you are in
the project
4. Do you desire a BSU sweatshirt or pants? If so, see Ms. Grogans.
Sweatshirts, $25 and pants, $23. They will be available all month.
