Regular Schedule

General

1. COMMUNICATING with AHS (including plans for the new SchoolLoop
program for homework info by email, if parents sign up… And grade
reports… And free web-pages for AHS clubs!) Come to the PTSA meeting
with students, teachers, parents and principal, Ted Barone, tonight,
6:45 pm - 8:30 in the Library.

2. Do you have clothes that you are waiting to get rid of? If you are a
girl and have clothes in good condition, please start cleaning out your
closets/dressers and donate to the AHS clothing drive coming soon.

Special Schedules for CAHSEE
_Tuesday, February 5_
10th Grade Only:
7:40 - 11:15 CAHSEE English/Language Arts
11:15 - 11:25 Break

All Students:
11:30 - 12:10 1st Period
12:10 - 12:55 LUNCH
1:00 - 1:40 3rd Period
1:45 - 2:25 5th Period
2:30 - 3:10 7th Period

_Wednesday, February 6_
10th Graders Only:
7:40 - 11:05 CAHSEE Math
11:05 - 11:15 Break

All Students:
11:20 - 12:00 2nd Period
12:00 - 12:45 LUNCH
12:50 - 1:30 4th Period
1:35 - 2:15 6th Period

*Please note*: Only 10th graders need to arrive both days at 7:40am for
the CAHSEE test. All 9th, 11th, and 12th graders do not start school
until 11:30 on Tuesday and 11:20 on Wednesday.

Clubs/Team Announcements

1. Men’s tennis team tryouts TODAY at 3:30pm with Coach John Fry at the
Memorial park courts.

2. Reminder! SOFTBALL tryouts begin TODAY @ Memorial Field, 3:30pm. Any
questions see Coach V.

3. Track & Field - official practice begins today. Attendance will be
taken. Be on time, 3:30pm in the gym. Tryouts begin now. You cannot
participate without clearance from Secretary Cheryl Rodden.

4. E. R. A. - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 126 - FTW

5. AMNESTY INT’L - TUESDAY - LUNCH - RM. 215
