Block B Schedule

General

1. Congratulations to the AHS Mathletes who yesterday beat 5 other Bay
Area teams, breaking a point record set back in 1983!

2. SAFETY AT ALBANY HIGH SCHOOL - Join the Albany Chief of Police, Mike
McQuiston, and our School Resource Officer, Dave Belman to talk about
SAFETY AT ALBANY HIGH SCHOOL - Monday, December 1, 6:45 pm, Albany HS
Library.

3. Drop off your old shoes to the Earth Team during lunch in front of
the main office. Lucky winners will receive special prizes.

4. Don’t forget to bring cans for the AHS canned food drive. You can
drop off in your advisory class or you can bring cans to the courtyard
today, Monday and Tuesday @ lunch time and get a baked goodie.

5. Today’s lunch menu: Deli Sandwiches, Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza, Chef
Salad & Chicken Bacon Swiss

6. I-M Soccer — playing today @ lunch in the gym:

Clubs/Team Announcements

1. Wrestling - Anyone interested in being a stat for this year’s
wrestling team, please attend a signup meeting today during lunch in the
wrestling room.

2. RED CROSS CLUB - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 302 - yearbook photo taken. Be
there or be square!

3. BUILDING W/BOOKS - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 206

4. B. S. U. - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 205

5. E. R. A. CLUB - TODAY - LUNCH - RM. 126 - yearbook photo taken

6. Attention students who are interested in being a stat keeper, game
score bookkeeper, game clock operator, shot clock operator, or team
manager for the Albany Men’s Basketball Program, please leave your name
and contact phone number in the Men’s Basketball Box found in the main
office.

7. GOURMET CLUB - MONDAY - LUNCH - RM. 207 - Let’s eat!

8. Attention all JV and Varsity football players. There is a mandatory
10 minute meeting on Monday, November 24 in room 209 at lunch. Please be
there.
